• Account information: your mobile phone number, used to create and log in to your account via one-time passcode.
• Payment information: processed by Stripe. We receive limited billing details (such as subscription status and card brand/last four) but do not store your full card number.
• Usage data: the videos you save to your collection, features you use, and standard technical logs (IP address, device/browser type, timestamps) generated when you access the Service.
• Referral data: if you sign up with a partner or promotional code, we record that code to apply your discount and attribute the referral.

The video content, creator handles, and metrics shown on the leaderboard come from publicly available posts and are not personal information about you as a Service user.

2. How We Use Information

To provide and secure the Service; authenticate you; process subscriptions and payments; apply promotional codes and attribute partner referrals; operate features such as saved collections; communicate with you about your account; and comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

3. Service Providers We Share With

We share information with vendors that help us run the Service, including:

• Clerk — authentication and account management
• Stripe — payments and subscription billing
• Vercel — application hosting
• Neon — database hosting
• Apify, AssemblyAI — sourcing and transcribing public video data (not your personal information)

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies only for authentication (keeping you signed in) and essential functionality. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers (such as ad pixels or web-analytics services). You can control cookies through your browser, but some features may not work without them.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account as described below.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Residents of California and certain other U.S. states have specific rights under their state privacy laws, including the right to know what we collect and to request deletion; we do not sell personal information. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
